How long does onboarding take?
Most clients are fully onboarded and protected within two weeks of their first conversation with us. We work around your schedule to minimise disruption, and your team will be up and running with minimal downtime.
Do you have long-term contracts?
No. Our plans are month-to-month. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
Is there a minimum monthly commitment?
Yes — our plans have a minimum monthly spend of $500. This ensures we can dedicate the right level of time, tools, and expertise to every client we take on. For most teams of 6 or more users, this minimum is met naturally by the per-user pricing.
Is project work included in the monthly plan?
Project work — such as new office setups, major migrations, or large-scale infrastructure changes — is quoted separately at an hourly rate. Your monthly plan covers ongoing managed IT support and protection. Anything that falls outside that scope we'll identify upfront, provide a clear quote, and get your approval before any work begins.
What's the difference between Core and Professional?
Core covers your devices — antivirus, monitoring, patching, and backup. Professional adds a full user-security layer: anti-phishing, dark web monitoring, security training, and SaaS backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
When do I need the Advanced plan?
If your organisation handles sensitive data, has compliance requirements, or wants the highest level of protection available — Advanced adds a dedicated team of security experts monitoring your environment around the clock.
How is endpoint backup priced?
Endpoint backup is an add-on starting at $15/user/mo. Because storage needs vary by organisation, final pricing depends on your actual usage. We assess your environment during onboarding and provide an accurate quote before anything is added to your bill — no surprise storage charges.
Are servers supported?
Yes. Server support is available as an add-on starting at $220/server/mo — covering remote monitoring and management, automated patching, antivirus, and endpoint backup. Volume discounts apply — the per-server rate reduces as the number of servers increases. Reach out for a custom quote.
Do you offer discounts for larger teams?
Yes — the more users you have, the better your per-user rate. Whether you have a large team, a tight budget, or unique requirements, we're happy to build a plan around you. Reach out for a custom quote.
Are there hidden fees?
Never. Every invoice is itemised and accurate. If anything extra is ever needed, we'll always ask your approval first.
Do you offer non-profit or church pricing?
Yes. We work with non-profits and churches and offer flexible pricing that reflects tighter budgets. Reach out and we'll find something that works.
Can I start on Core and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Many clients start on Core and move to Professional as their team grows or their security needs evolve. Transitions are seamless with no interruption to service.
Do you work with businesses that already have an IT team?
Yes — co-managed IT is a great fit for organisations that have an internal IT person or team but need extra capacity, specialist support, or coverage for specific areas. Whether that's handling overflow tickets, taking on server management, or layering in a security package your current setup doesn't cover, we work alongside your existing team rather than replacing them. It's flexible — you decide what you hand off to us and what stays in-house.
